We were so surprised when we first viewed this property to find how spacious it was inside. We were drawn to the character of the building and how convenient it was to walk into Ventnor. We had to do a fair bit of work in the flat including a new boiler and redecoration throughout but we now know that anyone new can just move in and start living here with no problems. All our neighbours are great and the building is always well maintained. An extra bonus we found is the cellar under the flat which is really useful for storage. We often sit out in the communal garden and enjoy the late summer evenings overlooking Ventnor Bay.
