Westmill is a charming and very popular village surrounded by gently rolling countryside. Within the village itself is a renowned public house/restaurant and acclaimed tea rooms. Despite its peacefulness, it is superbly located for access to the A10, the thriving market town of Buntingford which serves all everyday needs and excellent commuter links from stations at Royston, Hertford, Stevenage and Ware. The A10 provides very good links to the M25, A1, Cambridge with Stansted Airport and Bishops Stortford being an easy drive away. Schooling for all ages is available in the area in both the state and private sectors.

Holly House occupies the most beautiful position on the edge of the village, approached down a lovely avenue of trees and facing onto well-tended pastures. With established Beech hedging to the front, there is an in and out driveway which sweeps round the front of house providing ample parking and giving access to the double garage. The garage has remotely controlled up and over doors and adequate space for cars and storage. It also houses the oil fired boiler. The front gardens are mainly laid to lawn bordered by mature shrubs and hedging.
The south-west facing rear gardens are thoughtfully landscaped and offer excellent levels of privacy and tranquillity with a large terrace to the back of house providing a wonderful outside space for al-fresco dining etc. Steps lead up the terrace to the lovely lawns which are bordered by well-stocked beds. To the corner of the garden is a useful garden shed.
