What attracted me to this house initially was the location, I saw it as being ideally situated for the train station and walks into town or along the seafront. Once I had viewed inside, what really caught my eye was how much natural light streams through this house. Every room is light, even on the dullest of days.

The space is now more than me and my husband need but we feel it will be ideally suited for a family to spend the next chapter of their life here. A lot of time and effort has gone into presenting the garden as it is and again, we feel this will please most families especially with how private it is. This is a lovely house with so much to offer and we shall be glad to see someone move in and enjoy it as much as we have.
