They are surrounded by secure gates and as you enter the lobby, it feels more akin to a hotel foyer with stylish artwork on the walls and slate tiles on the floor. This apartment resides on the ground floor of the rear block, and is approached up a few steps where your door is clearly marked to the right. Once inside your apartment it is immediately apparent that this is a very attractive flat. All of the rooms are well proportioned, as purpose built flats often are, and they all reside off the wide entrance hall which has ample space for coats and shoes to keep the flat clutter free.
