'We have loved living in this lovely sunny flat over the last 4 years. The flat is really spacious and peaceful as well as the 3rd bedroom enabling the space for a home office.
We have fantastic immediate neighbours and the whole area has an amazing sense of community which is one of the most special things about to Walthamstow to us.
Being in such close proximity to beautiful Lloyd Park is a huge bonus, especially as it has such great events as the Garden Party and the May day Fair.
Having Epping Forest and the marshes so nearby is also a real benefit of the location and we spend many weekends walking our dog around them.
My commute into central London is always so quick and I love always getting a seat on the tube!'
