Due to its condition I have not had to do anything to the flat in my time here and being so cheap to heat, it's been very economical. I love the location as its so quiet and peaceful here, but still convenient for all the amenities.

I shall be sad to move on but I am now looking for a house so its time for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
