We were living in East Grinstead and were after more space with a young daughter in tow.
We liked the fact this house had a separate lounge and kitchen/diner. A garage and parking right outside which was ideal for coming home with the shopping, etc.
Since moving in we have changed the boiler, installed new double glazed doors in the kitchen/diner and have added fitted wardrobes.
We have really enjoyed living here. It's been great to be able to walk to the school as well as town. Let alone Forest Way, which our dogs will miss.
