The fact that this property is set over two floors is what attracted me to this and when you are in here it feels like you are living in a house but you have the convenience of an apartment.

The dining area is great for when we have people over. We have spent so much time walking round the lagoon, especially in the summer months. The area is really quiet and it is perfect for anyone who commutes because Redhill station and Merstham station are both in walking distance.
