The maisonette was in a location we felt was much better than others we had viewed. It was larger and the garden at the front was ideal as we had a young child.Since moving in we have installed a new roof on the garage, tidied up the front garden (it was a mess!), have restored the parquet flooring and decorated throughout.
We have found the position incredibly beneficial for both town and the mainline station. It's been great for us.
