This fabulous 66.6ft x 11.82ft. 'Fast commuter' motor yacht built in 1928 is steeped in American boating history and was one of the only surviving vessels of it's type.

Accommodation comprises; entrance from deck into the wheelhouse which houses the controls and navigational equipment and sits directly above the engine, steps to the bow of the boat which contains the master cabin with bathroom and guest cabin with sink. To the stern from the wheelhouse is the galley/kitchen area, living area with dining table and then a shower room and small rear deck.

America in the booming 1920's and 1930's is when the first of the motor yacht commuter boats were built. They continued to be built for many of New York's wealthiest businessmen commuting to and from summer homes in Westchester County, Western Connecticut, and the north shore of Long Island to Manhattan's financial district. Over the years, the design, aesthetics, and performance of commuter yachts became more refined, and a number of yacht-building firms distinguished themselves as specialists at producing commuters. To meet their clients' exacting demands, these boat builders designed exceptionally fast yachts that were also elegant and beautiful.
