We bought this apartment for our father and spent a lot of time looking for the right home for him and this certainly ticked all the boxes. The fact that it is next to Tesco is great as he could just walk there in minutes to pick up his shopping, plus there are excellent bus links into Croydon and train links into London from Purley Station. There is also a great sense of community at Holmgrove House which makes it a real pleasure to live there. Residents seem to keep an eye out for each other. They also organise activities such as coffee mornings and card games.
