The Vendor's View - The outside space and garden first attracted us to this property. We also really liked the feeling of space internally, along with the opportunity to create an annexe. We were looking for a property with potential for a multi-generational family, and this is certainly what we found here.
We love that fact that we can all live together as a family, but have our own space. We also like the ability to entertain both inside and out and bring the two together when having a party or gathering.
Our son has attended the local infant and junior schools; both are amazing and have reached an Outstanding Ofsted rating. There is a great sense of community here, and we have a local Parish council that arranges many local events etc. Locally it's a great place to live with plenty going on, as well as having a friendly pub with excellent food, and even a duck pond!
The position means that the property feels rural, yet is very close to excellent road links and the great seafront at Herne Bay.
We have had lots of laughter, fun and happiness in this house, but one particularly special memory of our time here was renewing our vows on the patio with lots of friends and family being here to celebrate with us!
