As a regular investment buyer I was looking for a large Victorian house that needed improvement, so that I could use my skill and imagination to transform it into a lovely modernised home.
As soon as I viewed this one I knew that it was the one for me and it was a very good size, convenient location and although it needed lots of improvement, I could see the potential.
Having installed the lovely new gloss white finish kitchen, bathroom, replaced radiators, upgraded the electrics, decorated throughout and replaced floorings, I was delighted with the transformation.
I feel for sure it will make someone a lovely home and that all my work and effort has been worthwhile.
