The resort is surrounded by idyllic countryside and enjoys a prime position overlooking the English Channel. Being tucked away in the southerly tip of the Roseland affords the all-important peace and quiet that really makes the difference when you’re on holiday. The properties can be fully managed and holiday let by the on-site team.

These 3 bedroom detached single storey houses are the last phase of 8 holiday homes to be built on the estate. They offer spacious accommodation with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms and have large living rooms and lovely terraces. These new houses will have wifi and BT lines available.

Both owners, their guests and holiday tenants have access to the leisure club facilities which include a 13 metre heated indoor swimming pool(refurbished in 2013), spa pool and sauna. You can relax afterwards in our cafe with a choice of both hot & cold drinks, a cream tea, or something a little stronger from the bar.

Trewince Quay is approximately a 15 minute walk through the woods. Stop along the way to take in the scenery, nature and wildlife, and to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. As you approach the end of the woods, the Fal Estuary stretches out in front of you. With breath-taking views across to the Headland, St Mawes and Falmouth, plus on a good day you can sometimes see as far as Penzance.

Trewince is a 26 acre estate nestled in the southern tip of the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall with sea views to one side and woods and private quay to the other.

Within walking distance of Trewince are the nearby villages of Gerrans and Portscatho. Each possesses an individual charm and both are steeped in history. Portscatho lies in the corner of Gerrans Bay and is still an active fishing village with delightful sandy beaches. The villages boast a wide range of local facilities including shops, restaurants and
public houses.

From St. Austell take the A390 towards Truro, then bear left on the B3287 to Tregony. From Tregony follow the signs for St. Mawes for 7 miles to Trewithian. Turn left at the sign for Gerrans and Portscatho. Stay on this road, following the signs for St. Anthony to Trewince. We are 1 mile beyond the village of Gerrans.
