Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

The current owners purchased this one double bedroom ground floor flat over 9 years ago and chose it for its size, excellent location and the fact that it also has a GARAGE! Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the property is set back from the road and is located in a small block of only four flats.

Internally this home is presented in excellent condition and is well laid out with all rooms having replacement double glazed windows to provide lots of natural light.

The lounge is light and roomy and has French doors that the owners had installed, which once open effortlessly connect both the flat and private garden which is solely for the use of the residents.

The kitchen has been updated and has a range of modern white units and some integrated appliances including an oven, hob and filter fan.

The double bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobe cupboards for that all important storage space and a wood effect laminate floor. The bathroom has also been re-fitted with a modern white suite and for that quality finish it has tiled floors and part tiled walls.

Additional benefits include a gas fired central heating system to radiators with a replacement boiler. All-in-all this property is presented in excellent condition and as if all this was not enough, it is also being sold with NO UPPER CHAIN!

What the Owner says:

We were so excited when we moved into our flat over nine years ago, as we had looked at a number of other properties but none came close for space and location.

We liked the fact that our flat is in a small block of only four flats and has a garage which has proved useful for the car and for storage. Being on the ground floor we also installed French doors so we could go straight out into the enclosed southerly facing shared rear garden.

The flat has been a great first home with low monthly running costs including maintenance and ground rent, we will be sorry to leave. However, the time has come for us to move to our next home and we have decided, reluctantly to sell.
