We have been very happy here and remember the day, 11 years ago, when we walked through the front door and instantly knew this would be the home for us. We have improved the bungalow over the years by putting on an additional conservatory, redecorating, new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom. There is nothing to do except unpack and move straight in. The area is so quiet and being in a cul-de-sac you have no passing traffic. The neighbours are all friendly and we will be sorry to leave but we have found a farm we want to buy out of the area. Also all of the pigeon coops will be taken away and the area made good by a patio, so you will have plenty of space for entertaining family and friends.
