OWNERS COMMENTS: I have lived here since the property was built 19 years ago and I am now looking to remain in the area but to downsize. Most visitors comment on how peaceful it is considering such close links to the station and airport. All I would say for the new owners is a lovely new kitchen would really complete all that is needed. If you want more of a project, then the garden offers every opportunity to extend and re-design which is something that was always on my radar but unfortunately never got around to. If you threw a party (neighbours are all very nice by the way) everyone could bring their cars, parking really is no problem and the location is going to be difficult to beat!
