Neither of us wanted a property that needed lots of work as we wanted to enjoy our retirement.New build homes seemed to be the answer. We chose this property as it fitted all our requirements, with its own driveway and adjacent garage. When visitors have come to stay having the en-suite has been ideal.We enjoy entertaining so the open plan design has allowed us to prepare meals whilst being able to chat away with those around us.Being so close to open land has been great as we have a dog who loves going for walks.
