From the moment you walk through the entrance door you will be amazed by the amount of space available. I am sure you will also fall in the love with the character and charming features such as the fireplace in the lounge which is a feature to behold, and with the fire roaring away in the winter months this will be the perfect place to relax. The kitchen area has more of a contemporary feel with plenty of granite work top space for ample storage and featuring an 'American' style fridge/freezer and wine cooler, so your wine can be served at the perfect temperature after a long day at work. From the conservatory you can relax with the morning papers and a pot of tea whilst you also gaze out to the private garden which is relatively low maintenance meaning this is a space you can enjoy rather then having to mow the lawn every weekend. All three bedrooms are a great size ensuring you have enough room for the family to grow into. The village for St. Margaret's in hugely desirable providing you with a local shop as well as a number of pubs and restaurants. Rambling countryside as well as a beach are also here to explore so there really is no better place to bring up a family. The other benefit is off road parking for two cars, this really means this is sure to be the perfect village property to purchase.
What the Owner says:
We moved here 33 years ago, at this time we were living in the Midlands and work brought us to the area. We looked at a number of areas but fell in love with St. Margaret's for its position as well it had a number of amenities to cater all our needs. We did however want somewhere that was central to the village, not something that was on the outskirts. Previously living in a detached house we also wanted to purchase another detached property. It needed a lot of work but the project provided us with an opportunity to really change it to our own personal space and over the years we have also extended to create even more room as well as decorated throughout. The kitchen area is one of our favourite rooms. We brought up our family in this home and we have had so much fun living here.
