When I was looking to buy nearly 20 years ago I had already identified the area as being a good place to live as my parents lived in the same street. As soon as this one became available, I jumped at the chance. Even though it was the only one I viewed, I knew it was a great house, and the fact that I have lived here for so long proved that I made the right decision. During my time, I have made lots of improvements including refitting the kitchen, installing new central heating, decorating and laying new flooring, and creating what I feel is a lovely home. I am now looking to move to something bigger so it is time for me to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
