The Vendor's View - It was the wonderful location that first drew us to this property. Being in the heart of the village, its within safe walking distance to the school, the green (park), and the shop for the children to access independently. As a good-sized period farmhouse, it was perfect for our needs as a family.
My favourite feature is the inglenook fireplace in the cosy living-room. My husbands favourite however, is the swimming pool.
Woodchurch is a wonderful village, a safe, friendly place to bring up children with a good nursery and primary school. Local secondary schools are all accessible by bus. We have a village store, a good butchers, post office, two garages and two pubs. We are very lucky to have an excellent doctors surgery in the village too. Woodchurch is a very active place with lots of clubs and societies; it has it's own museum, windmill and Rare Breeds Centre.
We really like the propertys accessibility to beautiful countryside and coast, and pretty towns like Tenterden, Rye. Meanwhile, a 15 minute drive gets you into Ashford International where the high speed train takes 37 minutes to St Pancras!
We have so many wonderful memories of bringing up our children in Park Farmhouse, it's full of character and history and has served our family well. Now that our children are all grown up, the house needs a new family too!
