I’ve always liked the layout of the flat and I particularly enjoy sitting out on the patio. Often you can just hear the birds and the wind in the trees so it really feels like you’re not in Brighton at all. It’s such a fabulous location too. There are lots of local stores or some larger retailers if you venture a little further.

It’s also really easy to get to London and beyond. London Road station is so close and the A23 and A27 are so easy to get to as well.
