I bought the flat because I love the uniqueness of it and it has a great feel. The views of St Peter’s Church are fabulous and it’s such a great location too.

I’ve replaced the kitchen and added some additional cupboards. I’ve fitted a washing machine but there’s additional plumbing in the bathroom so if the next owner wants they can move the washing machine and fit a dishwasher if they prefer.

I levelled the flooring throughout the lounge and the landing area and I’ve put down new flooring throughout the whole flat. The big window in the bedroom attracts a lot of natural daylight and the storage area above the bedroom is big enough for another bed!
