I bought the property over 20 years ago now, directly from the builder Cala Homes. I have lived here happily ever since partly due to the fact that you couldn’t ask for better neighbours, within our little cul-de-sac there is a real sense of community. I particularly liked this plot within the close, not only do you have a lovely outlook out of the front but as the property behind is side on you are not directly over looked either.I had the property extended almost immediately and I was really pleased that we were able to match the brick work exactly. The garden room/dining area gave me all the extra downstairs space I needed.
