I've lived at Pioneer Court for just over 3 years now and have absolutely loved living here for a number of reasons. Aside from its close proximity to Gravesend Train Station, from where I commute to London daily, it has the town centre just a minute's walk away so no need for parking costs. The building itself is extremely well maintained and looked after by the maintenance company, and all the other residents are extremely pleasant professional people. As the building is still very new there really is no essential work needed other than to decorate to suit your own taste.
