Our Time Here -
The Vendor's View - We were looking for a family home with a seaside location, and those factors drew us to this house. We knew the area well as we had lived up the road previously, and we loved the idea of being so close to the beach at Botany Bay.
We particularly enjoy spending our time in the sunny south-west facing garden, which is perfect for barbecues and entertaining in the summer. It's a safe enclosed space, perfect for children.
The position is so convenient. You have the beach at the end of the road, a 5 minute walk; a shop at the top of the road; it's a 5 minute drive to Broadstairs, and a 5 minute drive to Margate. Our two daughters go to school in Broadstairs, one is in primary and the other in Grammar school, and they are very happy.
We can't emphasise enough how great it is to be so close to Botany Bay. There is a lovely child and dog friendly pub down the front and the beach is fantastic. One of the best beaches in the area, and this part of the Kent coastline is known for its beautiful beaches.
It's a house that feels like home, and we all feel that way about it. When you step through the door it's almost like it embraces you, it welcomes you in and makes you feel safe, and we will miss that.
We're looking to stay in Kingsgate, we really love it here but it's time for a change for us. We've lived here ten years, and they have been the best of our lives. It's time for us to close this chapter and move onto the next one.
