Having lived in the area for years I was keen to stay locally when I came round to moving.
I needed three bedrooms and whilst this house required plenty of changes I could see beyond this as the view out over the recreation ground and the secluded position were more than enough to overcome my concerns.
Since moving in I swapped the third bedroom and bathroom around. I added the conservatory which I will miss greatly. I have also updated the double glazing and the heating too.
I'll miss the position, the rear outlook (especially from the bedrooms that share that view).
