When I first ventured out to find a property I had been shown many maisonettes which had great size, however, I strongly felt I did not want to purchase a lease hold property due to ground rent and having to renew it.

When I came across this home I thought it was perfect for me. The open plan lounge/diner made life easier, and as a keen gardener the size of the garden really appealed to me.

I wish the new owners many happy years in this home and hope they enjoy making it their own.
