"We have lived in this house for almost 10 years and loved it. It has a really cosy feel to it and the loft conversion last year has made a huge difference in terms of light and space. The area has changed a lot over those 10 years and there are now good local shops close by. There are lots of young families on the street. The local schools are very good: primary and secondary. There are 2 lovely parks nearby and it is a very nice place for families. People living on the street are friendly; there is a community newsletter, neighbourhood watch scheme and every year they hold a street party. Transport is excellent with buses, over ground and underground all close by. The nearest station is only a 5 minute walk. We have loved it here and are really sad to be leaving."
