Situation - The land is situated in a peaceful and private rural setting in the heart of attractive north Shropshire countryside. Directions - From Whittington, proceed south on the B5009 in the direction of Shrewsbury for just under 1 mile and turn right signposted 'Aston Square and Middleton'. Proceed for approximately 0.8 of a mile to Aston Square and turn right signposted 'Middleton'. Continue into Middleton and just after the access in to Middleton Court, turn right (unsigned) up a council lane. Continue past Vine Cottage (on the left hand side) and the red gate in to land will be located on the left hand side through a red gate, identified by a Halls for sale board.

Alternatively, from Shrewsbury proceed on the A5 north in the direction of Oswestry. After approximately 14 miles, passing Oswestry Golf Club on the left hand side, continue for a short distance to Aston Gates Junction and turn right, signposted 'Aston Square and Middleton'. Proceed for approximately 0.2 of a mile in to Aston Square and turn left, signposted 'Middleton'. Continue into Middleton and just after the access in to Middleton Court, turn right (unsigned) up a council lane.
