We have been here at Lytham Close for 12 years, and it really is a lovely location, being fairly central for access to Doncaster - we cycle to work,- and on the edge of grassy fields and lovely woodland walks, not to mention a few minutes' walk from the fantastic wildlife park. It's very quiet, with no through traffic so safe for children and lovely neighbours who keep an eye on each other's homes when we are away.

The house is spacious and since we opened up the kitchen and dining room it offers lovely open plan living space downstairs, which copes really well when our four children and their families come round.

The kitchen is our pride and joy, we have only had it for 3 years and it's as new, whether it's breakfast for two, or serving out a buffet supper for 20 on the island, it's practical as well as looking good. And with all the laundry and dirtier jobs banished to the utility room, it's easy to keep it clean.

Upstairs all the bedrooms can take a double bed (or several bikes in our
case) with room to spare for furniture, and fitted wardrobes in two of them.
This gives flexibility over sleeping arrangements as well as other requirements, such as a space for homework, hobbies or a home office

Outside we have gardens to three sides which have a lot of potential which we have never had the time to really develop. We do enjoy family barbecues through the summer, and being south facing we can sit out in the sun well into the evening.

So why do we want to move? Just simply time for us to downsize a little and move nearer to our children. All our children are now in their own homes and it's time for another growing family to have the benefit of our lovely home!
