We have owned the property a number of years and have always enjoyed living in the convenient location that is so close to great amenities and transport links. We used to commute into London daily and could literally time our walks to the station from here and could always do it in 10 minutes! Since living here we have done so much with the biggest expense being renewing the lease but we wanted to make it a good prospect for any new buyer. We have also replaced the boiler, double glazing and completely transformed the bathroom. We also redecorated and re-carpeted throughout. We love the fact that we don't have neighbours either side of us due to the layout of the block and only have neighbours above us. We definitely hoping to stay in this location.
