I have lived here for several years now and I have really enjoyed my time here. The bungalow has sadly become too big for me now that I am on my own, so I am downsizing, but I still love the area and am not moving far away. Sanderstead is such a pretty village with the pond and all the bird life there. It also has lots of shops and there are good bus links into Croydon.This bungalow has a really cosy and comfortable feel to it and I am sure the new owners will quickly make it their home and will be as happy here as I have.
