When I purchased this house I loved the size of the bedrooms, both are doubles which is great for a new build property.

The lounge has space for a dining room table and looks straight onto the garden through the French doors, this again was so attractive to me. The garden is also safe and secure ideal for my dog.

The huge advantage I have also found is I have parking for two cars and the close proximity to the town and beach is fantastic.
