"We have loved living in our cosy flat over the past 3 years; the outside space is a great place to have friends and family over for BBQs in the summer. The street is very peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. If we werent leaving London then we wouldnt even consider leaving Walthamstow.

The River Lea Canal is a lovely place to go running or for a Sunday stroll, and there are lots of brambles to be had at the end of summer. Weve also enjoyed having Blackhorse Workshop just around the corner, the caf serves great coffee and the workshops are reasonably priced."
