The Vendor's View - We were first attracted by the appearance of the property from the road. When inside the cottage, we really liked the overall adaptable space that the rooms provide. We also liked the manageable paddocks and stables, as well as the amazing bridleways and footpaths in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Plum Tree Cottage has a homely feel and many lovely, cosy rooms, but our favourite rooms of all are the master bedroom and the main bathroom.

The village school has been great for our children and there are a wide choice of secondary schools available. We are lucky to have two brilliant local farm shops as well as the convenience of a Co-op just 5 minutes car journey away. The community is supportive and you can be as involved as you wish with no pressure.

We absolutely love the location and being in the countryside. Being able to access bridleways and footpaths through fields and woodlands have been a real highlight of living here.

Plum Tree Cottage has been a lovely family home for 16 years and we will miss it all. The Christmases with Father Christmas coming down the street in the morning are especially memorable!
