Contract of Sale
The Contract of Sale will be available at the offices of the auctioneers and solicitors seven days prior to the sale but will not be read at the sale. The auctioneers will be in the saleroom fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of the auction to deal with any matters arising from either the contract of sale, the sale particulars or relating to the property generally. Deposit and Completion
