The Area
Northfield is situated approximately 3 miles from the market town of Barnard Castle, where there are numerous amenities close at hand. Method of Sale 
Northfield Farm is offered for sale in 2 Lots. The exchange of contracts on Lot 2 will not conclude until exchange of contracts on Lot 1. Interested parties are advised to register their interest with the selling agent at an early stage as a closing date may be set following initial marketing.

Basic Payment Scheme 
The land has been registered for the Basic Payment Scheme, however the vendor does not own the Entitlements and therefore no entitlements are included in the sale. The current tenant of the land has the entitlements to sell at market value. Any buyer interested in purchasing the tenant’s Entitlements should contact George F White. The purchaser will be able to claim Basic Payment in 2016 if they have Entitlements available.

The land is accessed directly from the farm track leading to Northfield Farm, a right of access will be granted by the owner of the farm.
