There is an adjoining two storey barn with a cobbled and concrete floor measuring 23'2 x 13'2 internally with three window openings and hay loft over. To the rear of the barn is a timber constructed leanto under a mono pitched corrugated iron sheet roof. Close by can be found a four bay dutch barn measuring 60' x 24'.
Outside - The barn is approached over a farm track over which is a public footpath and a right of way for a neighbouring property and farmer to access his land. The grounds are made up of an orchard and further garden area/small paddock which adjoins the road together with an area of land to the west of the barn and in total extends to approximately 1.75 acres.
Services - There are no mains services currently connected to the building.
Planning Permission - Planning permission was applied for in 2003/2004 for the conversion of barn to form a single dwelling under application number 03/05234/FULL. Permission was refused.

Continue through the village of Culmstock as towards Ashill and Uffculme and after approximately 1 mile Craddock will be found. Just before the bridge the entrance to the barn will be seen on the left hand side.
