Directions
From junction 30 of the M5 at Exeter, take the A376 towards Exmouth. Continue along this road , passing through the village of Ebford and the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines. On reaching the traffic lights at Lympstone, opposite the Saddlers Arms public house, continue straight ahead and the land can be accessed shortly afterwards on the right at Linhayes Farm. Continue through the farm entrance and the land will be found on your right.


ACCESS
There is access from the A376 via an 18ft wide right of way reserved over the entrance to Linhayes Farm, and across the paddock to the north eastern corner of the land. This is shown on the plan below.
