I loved this home when I first saw it and only bought it just over a year ago. I still love it, and the location too, but a job relocation out of the County is the only reason I am going to sell. I will miss it greatly, as it is a lovely little home that enables me to travel into Canterbury as often as I like to meet friends, and is also ideal to drive in the opposite direction, especially in the summer, for access to the nearby coastal towns.
