The village of Otterburn is 3 ¼ miles to the west whilst the town of Rothbury lies 11 ¾ miles to the north east. The city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne is 29 ½ miles to the south-east.

The land is bordered by the A696 to the west which links rural Northumberland with the Scottish Borders to the north and Newcastle upon Tyne to the south.

This is a good opportunity to acquire a block of open hill ground. The land has been classified as Moorland within the Less Favoured Area.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
