PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

As soon as you step inside this property you will get the feeling that no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful family home.

Within the hallway there is a handy coat rack and shoe storage area to help keep the house nice and tidy, whilst the light and bright lounge area has an open fireplace where you can burn logs or coals on a winter's night. There is also a handy study area for you to be able to work from home or, perhaps, could be used as a space for teenagers to catch up on their homework.

There's an extra shower room to help out with the morning rush and a bedroom downstairs making it ideal if you have elderly or infirm relatives staying with you or, perhaps, Mum and Dad just wants some privacy away from their brood.

As well as a handy utility area to keep the laundry out of sight, the kitchen/diner is absolutely stunning with a host of built-in appliances and a central island, the perfect place for a party or family gathering. It even has under floor heating to keep your guests warm in the winter months. This opens out onto the private and sunny garden so that, in the summer, you can throw open the doors and let your guests mingle inside and outside your home.

Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms and a simply stunning bathroom with a huge tub for you to relax in at the end of a busy day and a large shower cubicle so that you can stretch out as you wake up in the morning.

What the Owner says:

When I saw the house, despite it needing a lot of work, I could see it was in a nice area, was close to London and had lots of potential.
I have extended the house and completely refurbished it at great expense and have created off road parking to the front.
I have been really happy living here. It is a nice, quiet road and there are open fields just at the end of the road where you can go on long runs or spend hours exploring the countryside with your children. It is also ideal if you are a dog owner.
This is a great area for children as there are schools nearby and Cascades leisure centre is just along the road which will tire them out in no time at all
