Built by Bloor Homes in 2014 this stunning end of terrace town house benefits from a fantastic position at the beginning of this quiet residential cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it is safe for the children and very peaceful too. Being located just on the outskirts of Worthing and close to the Goring district it is great for Goring's mainline railway station and easy access along the A259 to either Chichester or in the other direction Brighton.

As you drive up to the house you can park your car on your own driveway, to keep it safe in the garage, which at present has been turned into an ancillary room and store room. As you walk in the front door you can feel the warm homely feel. Being a town house you have a fantastic kitchen/breakfast room which is a chefs dream as you have loads of cupboards and working space. On the first landing you are greeted with a cosy lounge which has loads of light and a Juliet balcony, plus a spacious bedroom/study and a separate wc. On the second landing there is the main bedroom with en-suite and a further good size bedroom and family bathroom.

With nothing to do this really is about unpacking your bags to move straight in.

Now for the outside you have a great well maintained garden which is low maintenance and lovely to sit out and relax having a cheeky drink with friends and family. Don't let this gem get away and view today.

What the Owner says:

Living here since new about 2 years ago has been an absolute pleasure and we have enjoyed many happy days in our home and will treasure the memories we hold from our short time here.

The room sizes are all generous and with large windows the house always remains light and airy throughout. There is no work to do as the house is presented to a very high standard and we love sitting out in our sunny garden. If you drive then parking is no problem as we have our own driveway.

We will be sorry to leave but we now need to change areas and hope the next owners will be as happy living here as we have been.
