The property has been in the family for over 40 years with lots of fond memories being made here.
There has been a lot of work done continuously over the years and also most recently. The back bedroom, hallway and kitchen were all decorated about 1 year ago. Also the combi boiler was installed about 1 year ago as well.

The wet room was put in about 5 years ago and all the double glazing was done 6/7 years ago.
