We had two young boys when we chose to move here so the house needed to suit our family needs, which this did. Moving to Folkestone saved us from bring taxi drivers for the boys as Folkestone had everything near by and coming from a home with a sold fuel heating system having the gas central heating has been a god send.

We extended the house above the garage to cater for our growing family and over time have re-decorated throughout, updated the kitchen and bathroom and had the conservatory built.

Our needs have changed hence the move but we can certainly say we have had over 30 very happy years here.
