Tucked away down a quiet, friendly road in the heart of Folkestone proudly stands this four bedroom semi-detached extended family home. Upon arrival, just from one look at the outside, you know you are in for a treat.; step inside and you won't be disappointed!

The lounge/diner is sure to keep the family together so regardless of whether you are enjoying a Sunday roast around the dining table or sat round the tv enjoying your favourite soaps you will all be able to enjoy each other's company. Ensuring there is never a dull moment, the conservatory will always brighten up your day. However, weather permitting, the garden will entice you outside to soak up the sun. BBQs, gardening and a place for the children to play, this part of the home certainly serves its purpose. Allowing you to put your gastronomical skills to the test an attractive, well presented kitchen is bound to keep the chef of the house happy. Four bedrooms are also likely to keep everyone happy, depending on the size of your family, all a comfortable size and adding further comfort the master comes with a shower. Gleaming as if it were only installed yesterday, the bathroom will no doubt be your sanctuary when you need to relax and unwind.

No family home would be complete without a garage and off road parking, a place to leave the car and store your worldly possessions, so fear not as this comes with both.

What the Owner says:

We had two young boys when we chose to move here so the house needed to suit our family needs, which this did. Moving to Folkestone saved us from bring taxi drivers for the boys as Folkestone had everything near by and coming from a home with a sold fuel heating system having the gas central heating has been a god send.

We extended the house above the garage to cater for our growing family and over time have re-decorated throughout, updated the kitchen and bathroom and had the conservatory built.

Our needs have changed hence the move but we can certainly say we have had over 30 very happy years here.
