Set within easy reach of Maidstone is this spacious home, and yes this really is the home that keeps on giving!!

Maidstone is a popular and thriving town with a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and for the commuter there are two mainline stations giving direct access to London.

Immediately as you step into the entrance hallway you get the feeling of space and character that is a real feature throughout the whole home. The generous size of the numerous rooms set over the various floors, offers real versatility of use, giving the space for a growing family to have their own seclusion and private time.

The lounge is a cosy and warm space for the family to relax and the bonus of a separate dining room means there is space for formal dining for those people who love to entertain.

The rear garden is an impressive size with patio and flower beds offering a sanctuary to relax after a long day at work or if you are a green fingered gardener there is plenty of space to tend the flowers and shrubs, to add to the 'wow' factor of this home there are two off road parking spaces at the bottom of the garden.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with our home from the word go. It has such character and warmth. It's location was also perfect for us, being within walking distance of town, and we've also taken lots of walks with our dogs in the local parks, the nature reserve, and along the river.

In the holidays and at the weekends we love to sit and unwind in the garden. In the winter this house is like a cosy, friendly hug but we really love it in the summer, when we can throw open the doors and windows and let the outside in. It's been a fantastic home to us and we are sad to be leaving. We really hope the next owners love it as mush as we do.
