Always a popular choice with large and growing families are these particular detached houses, as they offer such vast and spacious accommodation and a safe family environment. You will definitely be amazed with all the space that this grand detached property has in abundance and it can be only fully appreciated once you are inside the front door.

The house is immaculate throughout and has recently benefited from being redecorated to give a blank and fresh neutral canvas ready and waiting its new owner. The property and many like it were built by a large and reputable local builder back in the late 1990's. They were initially designed to be family homes that people are drawn too by the sheer scale and space on offer and the established exclusive development. The impressive 19ft lounge/diner is a great place for all the family to enjoy and the stunning panoramic conservatory provides a relaxing place to unwind whilst enjoying the views across the garden.

We feel this property would suit any buyers looking for their next long term family home. Its central and convenient location is close to many of the areas highly sought after schools, Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre and close by to motorway connections.

To fully appreciate everything that this lovely property has to offer, put it now to the top of your viewing list and call us today to book a viewing.

What the Owner says:

My husband and I have owned this property since new and were first attracted to it as we had always wanted to own a newly built home. We have always lived in Hempstead and love what the area has to offer.

The location is a very friendly, quiet and nice place to live with fantastic neighbours. The local shopping centre is conveniently close by and only a short stroll if you want to pop out for dinner or grab the weekly shopping.

We will be sad to leave our home behind, but have now decided it is to big for us and are looking to down size.
