This home really is one of those little gems that you don’t often see and you know there is going to be a lot of interest! It will appeal to range of buyers from first and second timers to investors and downsizers alike. The property is tucked away in a popular road just off Cedar Drive which offers easy access to the village.

As you arrive you will notice a lovely front garden with a path leading up to the front door. There is a welcoming entrance hall where you can kick off shoes and hang up coats before walking through to a spacious light and airy lounge. You will have plenty of space to arrange your furniture to suit for maximum relaxation. You will find any excuse in the stylish open plan kitchen/diner to invite friends and family round for evening meals. Being open plan you can chat to your guests whilst showing off your cookery skills and in the summer you can open the doors to the garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms which both benefit from built in storage cupboards. They are serviced by a beautiful modern bathroom where you can look forward to a relaxing soak after a stressful day.

The rear garden finishes this home off perfectly and is approximately 54ft in length. It is fence enclosed offering a good degree of privacy. There are patio and lawned areas making it ideal for children to play and gatherings round the BBQ in the summer months.

What the Owner says:

I was living in Carshalton and wanted to move towards Horsham as I have family living in the area. After looking at a number of properties I started to become despondent as they were either really small, had limited parking or had a small back garden. I then received a call from Homewise about this one and it sounded ideal. When I arrived I thought it felt very bright and spacious and the garden was amazing compared to others I had viewed. I loved the idea of the private parking towards the rear of the house so I wasted no time in making an offer.

I have really enjoyed putting my own stamp on it over time and will be sad to leave but my wife and I have decided to relocate.
