After enjoying the onsite facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, children's play areas and the nature trail walks, head down to the three beautiful beaches - Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay. Nothing comes close to feeling the sand between your toes and breathing in the fresh sea air. Why not visit the quaint fishing ports of Padstow and Port Isaac too!

The Glade sits pleasantly in a select area of this holiday park, dedicated to similar style lodges. With mature shrubbery and rural views, this holiday lodge is a great place to chill out and enjoy your free time!

Park in one of the nearby bays and walk over well-kept grass to the lodge itself. Step up onto the sun deck, a generous space where you can enjoy some alfresco dining on a warm summer's night and from where there is super view to St Minver Church. There is a set of sliding double glazed French doors to the front onto the decking and to the right is the entrance.

Step straight into the light and airy open plan living space with a semi-vaulted ceiling adding to the feeling of space. There is easy to clean vinyl flooring and the kitchen is immediately to your right. Fitted in a U-shape, there is a range of base and wall units in a fresh cream shaker style with light wood style laminate worktops. For cooking, find a stainless steel electric oven, gas hob and an extractor above. The stainless steel sink and drainer sit nicely below the window and a swan neck mixer tap adds a contemporary touch. Other appliances include an integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

To the left, there is the dining area which can happily seat six and two sets of windows let more lovely natural light into the room. The living area flows around to the right and those sliding doors take you out to the deck. There is creamy carpet underfoot and an electric fire set into a smart surround creates a focal point for the room and is a perfect antidote for chillier days! Windows either side of the fire means that light pours in from all sides of this room. The sofa bed means sleeping 6 is a breeze!

The hall has a handy cupboard on the left and the main bathroom is just to the left. With white tiling and a neutral carpet, the suite is also all in crisp white and includes a WC, pedestal wash basin and a bath with a shower attachment. This bathroom also has the cupboard which houses the gas fired boiler.

Bedroom two is straight ahead and is set up as a twin. There is a built in wardrobe and storage overhead. Simple, but effective!

On the other side of the hall is the sunny master bedroom with its en-suite shower room. This spacious bedroom has the added benefit of a large walk in wardrobe. Brilliant! The en-suite includes a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower fitting, a close coupled WC and a pedestal hand basin all is crisp white.

Outside the Lodge is the extensive decking area with garden furniture and to the side is a very useful storage container.

The location will always be popular as it is so close to Rock and the beautiful coastline nearby. The park has fantastic facilities too.
